Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. boneless chuck roast
    1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
    1 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Remove as much fat as possible from beef.
    Place in roast pan. Mix rest of ingredients together.
    Pour over roast.
    Roast at 325\u00b0 for 4 hours or until you can easily shred with fork.
    Serve on Italian or kaiser rolls.
    Can easily be doubled or tripled. Freezes well.
