Karen'S Creative Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour (if desired)
    1/2 c. chopped chives or green onions
Preparation
    Brown hamburger; drain.
    Add onion, sour cream, mushroom soup, chicken soup, Worcestershire sauce and milk.
    Bring to a simmer; stir in flour, if desired.
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle chopped onions or chives on top.
    Good when served over hot rice. Serves 6 to 8.
