Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, drained, rinsed and thoroughly mashed
4 beaten eggs
3 c. sugar
1 c. melted oleo
1 (15 oz.) can coconut
1 c. pecan pieces
1 tsp. vanilla
3 unbaked pie crusts
Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Divide evenly and pour into pie crusts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until center is done.
