Crustless Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cream cheese
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sweet butter, softened
1 pt. sour cream (dairy)
Preparation

Put all ingredients in large bowl of electric mixer and beat at medium speed 20 minutes or until light and creamy.
