Chili And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bags boil-in-bag rice, boiled
    1 (16 oz.) can vegetable juice
    1 (15 oz.) can Hormel chili (no beans)
    2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
    1/2 c. taco sauce
    1 small chopped onion
    sour cream
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice as directed.
    Combine chili, vegetable juice, mixed vegetables, taco sauce and onion.
    Bring to a boil; cover and simmer for 4 minutes.
    Serve over rice and top with scoop of sour cream and grated cheese.
