Peach Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large pkg. regular vanilla pudding
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1 (15 to 20 oz.) can peach slices
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. juice from peaches
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients.
Beat for 2 minutes.
Pour into 10-inch glass pie dish.
Drain peaches; reserve juice.
Arrange peaches on batter.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and peach juice.
Beat 2 minutes.
Spoon atop peaches.
Spread to within 1-inch of dish. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
