Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/4 c. Crisco shortening
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    6 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix flour, shortening and salt until the size of a pea.
    Beat egg and mix with water and vinegar.
    Mix with flour mixture with a pastry mixer or a fork until flour is worked in.
    Add a little more water, if needed.
    Roll out and transfer to a pie pan.
