Ham Logs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground ham
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. apricot nectar
    1/4 c. drained crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Have your butcher grind ham and pork together.
    Add crumbs and eggs to meat and mix all together.
    Roll into logs (about the size of a baked potato).
    Make 8 logs.
    Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over logs.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    This can be prepared ahead of time and frozen.
