Sour Cream Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 carton (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 unbaked pastry shell (9-inch)
Preparation
    Beat eggs in a medium mixing bowl until thick and lemon colored.
    Stir in sugar.
    Add sour cream, raisins and pecans; blend well.
    Pour into pastry shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
    Bake 45 minutes; cool.
    Yield:
    one 9-inch pie.
