Pineapple Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pineapple chunks, drained
2 rolls Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Mix pineapple, flour and sugar.
Melt butter in casserole dish.
Pour mixture in, mix cracker crumbs and grated cheese and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
This is a vegetable, but tastes like a dessert.
