Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 doz. corn tortillas
1 can chopped green chilies
1 can green chile salsa
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
ripe olives
3 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 small container sour cream
Preparation

Warm tortillas.
Place spoonful of chicken, green chile salsa, cheese and onion on tortilla. Roll up and place in baking dish. Repeat until all ingredients are used up.
Warm soup and sour cream.
Pour over enchiladas. Sprinkle with cheese and dot with olives.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
