Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. celery
    1 c. onions
    1 c. potatoes, cubed
    1 c. water
    1 c. flour
    1 can condensed milk
    2 1/2 pt. clam sauce
    2 small cans clams
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    In 6-quart pot or saucepan combine butter, onion and celery; saute until light brown.
    Add flour.
    Continue stirring.
    Add water and clam sauce.
    Add potatoes.
    Add milk, bay leaf and clams.
    Add black pepper.
    Simmer for about 20 minutes.
