Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Flake the salmon; mix all ingredients.
    Place in a buttered loaf pan or baking dish.
    Sprinkle with buttered crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until firmly set.
