Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butterscotch pieces
1/4 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. chocolate bits
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Grease bottom
and sides of a 9-inch square baking pan. Melt butterscotch
pieces
and
margarine
in
heavy
3-quart saucepan over
medium heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; cool to
lukewarm.
Add
next
6 ingredients to butterscotch
mixture in
saucepan;
mix
well.
Fold marshmallows, chocolate pieces and nuts into butterscotch batter just until combined, about
5 strokes.
Spread in prepared pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20
to
25 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Center will be jiggly but becomes firm upon cooling.
