Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. mango chutney
1 c. bleached raisins, plumped overnight in white wine
1 c. salted peanuts
2 bananas, sliced diagonally
1 c. shredded coconut
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together.
Serve on bed of lettuce. Garnish with additional sliced bananas and avocado that have been dipped in lemon juice.
