Creamy Velvet Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

18 oz. chocolate chips
2 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c.chopped nuts
Preparation

In
a
1 1/2-quart glass casserole, microwave chocolate chips for
2 minutes on High, rotate 1/4 turn halfway through cooking. Stir until smooth.\tBlend in milk, vanilla, powdered sugar\tand salt.
Add\tnuts;
blend
well.
Pour
into an 8 x 12-inch\twax paper lined dish.
Chill until firm.
Makes 1 1/2 pounds.
