Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped rhubarb
Preparation
-
Cream together sugar and shortening.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together.
Put in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon on top of batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
