Chicken Paprika - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 Tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 tomato, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. chicken stock
1 (3 lb.) fryer chicken, cut into pieces
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. light sour cream
1/4 c. light cream
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

Saute butter, onions and garlic.
Add paprika, salts, tomato, green pepper and stock.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Add chicken and cover.
Cook for 40 minutes at medium-high heat.
Add water or more stock if necessary.
Add flour with light cream slowly; stir and cook until you have a thick gravy.
Add sour cream (do not let boil) and serve.
Serves 4.
