Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

fryer
salt and pepper
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. instant potato flakes
1/2 stick oleo
Preparation

Prepare fryer as usual; salt and pepper.
Slightly beat egg and add milk.
Mix well.
Put about 1 1/2 cups instant potato flakes.
Melt oleo in pan or dish that can be put into oven.
Roll chicken in milk and egg mixture then in instant potatoes.
Lay chicken in buttered pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until brown.
