Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. ground hot pepper
    3/4 lb. ground sweet pepper
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    6 oz. Certo
    6 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Wash and remove seeds from pepper before grinding.
    Combine pepper, sugar and vinegar in saucepan.
    Bring to high rolling boil. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes.
    Add Certo.
    Pour into hot jars and seal.
    Yields 3 pints.
