Ingredients

1 (17 oz.) roll refrigerator sugar cookie dough or equivalent of homemade dough
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
fresh strawberries
peach slices
banana slices
pineapple slices
kiwi slices
Preparation

Chill fruits (not bananas).
Slice dough thin.
Place on 14-inch pizza pan.
Press together to form thin layer of dough. Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 12 minutes or until brown.
Mix sugar, vanilla and cream cheese together.
Spread over cookie dough.
Drain fruit well.
Save pineapple juice to soak bananas in to prevent browning.
Arrange fruit; top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
Nuts are optional.
