Strawberry-Melon Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small honeydew melons
leaf lettuce
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. strawberries
Preparation

Cut melons in half and remove seeds.
Use melon baller to scoop out the pulp.
Line melon shells with leaf lettuce.
Divide melon balls among lined shells.
Mount 1/3 cup cottage cheese in center of each.
Place 1/4 cup strawberries around each mound. Makes 4 servings.
