Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. beef bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces (or regular bacon may be used)
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar
4 c. cooked cubed potatoes
Preparation

Cut beef bacon into 1-inch pieces and cook until crisp.
Remove and drain.
Combine and stir into drippings the sugar, onion, flour and celery seed.
Gradually add water and vinegar.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Add cooked and cubed potatoes and bacon pieces.
Heat through.
Serves 6.
