Vi'S Chinese Almond Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks oleo
    1 c. shortening
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream butter, shortening and extract.
    Add sugar.
    Add flour with salt a little at a time to form a paste.
    Form into rolls and chill overnight.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
