Italian Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. ground fennel
2 bay leaves, crushed
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
3 cloves garlic, crushed
3/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/8 tsp. hot sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 Tbsp. water
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients together well.
Cover and store in refrigerator for 1 to 2 days.
Use as you would any other sausage.
