Cherry Yum-Yum - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
    1 c. sugar
    2 cans cherry pie filling
    1 large container Cool Whip
    1 pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Combine cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar and margarine; mix well. Blend cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and Cool Whip.
    Spread half of crumb mixture in baking dish.
    Add cream cheese mixture.
    Top with remaining crumbs.
    Refrigerate several hours.
