Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 pork chops
2 c. cooked rice
3 large onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Fry pork chops in pan with 1 tablespoon butter or margarine. Cook rice.
After the pork chops are done, take the chopped onions and the other tablespoon butter or margarine and fry up the onions in the same pan that the pork chops were in.
This will give your onions the flavor of the pork chops.
Take the cooked rice and onions and mix them together, placing them in a nice casserole dish.
Place your pork chops on top.
Serves 6 to 8.
Takes 20 to 30 minutes to fix.
