Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    firm, mature green tomatoes
    flour
    salt, pepper and parsley flakes
Preparation
    Cut firm, mature green tomatoes into 1/4-inch slices.
    Coat each side with flour seasoned with salt, pepper and parsley flakes.
    Place in skillet containing hot oil to which you have added 1 pat of butter.
    Fry until coating is crisp, several minutes on each side.
