Florentine Sausage Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage, cut into small pieces
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
    1/2 c. carrot, chopped fine
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
    1 pkg. stuffing mix (14 oz. cube)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
Preparation
    Cook sausage in butter until browned, stirring frequently. Stir in onion, celery, carrot and garlic.
    Continue to cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender.
