Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. self-rising flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. hot water
3/4 c. corn oil
2 c. buttermilk
2 pkg. yeast
Preparation

Mix yeast in water; add sugar.
Add remaining ingredients; mix with a spoon.
Roll out and cut.
Use only enough flour to handle well.
May be used at once but is better if made the day before. Not necessary to let rise.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
