Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
4 thick loin chops
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
Preparation

Combine crumbs, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Dip chops in crumbs, into egg diluted with water and again in crumbs.
Press firmly into chops.
Brown slowly on each side in hot oil in heavy skillet.
Blend flour and remaining salt into skillet and add milk gradually, then 1 cup water.
Stir until gravy boils and is smooth and thickened.
Place chops in gravy.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Remove cover and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
