Spaghetti Alla Puttanesca - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spaghetti
    salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 cloves garlic
    3 anchovy fillets
    1 (14 oz.) can Italian plum tomatoes
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced black olives
    4 Tbsp. capers
    parsley
    4 swordfish steaks, cut 1 1/2 to 2-inches thick *
    1 stick butter (1 c.)
    3 types mustard (one each from: Germany, Belgium and France; these should be flavorful and hearty)
Preparation
    *You will need to get these cut special.
    Do not settle for thinner cuts.
