Lemon Pineapple Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon-flavored gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 pt. lemon sherbet
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can (1 c.) crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 c. small curd cream-style cottage cheese
Preparation
    Drain gelatin.
    Add sherbet.
    Add undrained pineapple.
    Chill until partially set.
    Add cheese.
    Chill until set, about 5 hours. Turn onto plate.
    Serve with strawberries.
