Salmon Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can salmon
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. salt
parsley
Preparation

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Mold into a log and sprinkle with parsley.
