Low-Fat Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. egg substitute
16 oz. fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. almond extract
1 pt. fat-free sour cream
1 recipe graham cracker crust
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except sour cream; beat until smooth. Blend in sour cream.
Pour into crust.
Trim with reserved crumbs. Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
Cool at least 5 hours.
Best when made a day ahead.
