Brunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 slices white bread (9 cubes per slice)
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. mild sausage, browned and drained
6 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Mix together eggs, milk and dry mustard.
Layer bread, cheese and sausage.
Pour milk mixture over layers.
Refrigerate overnight, covered.
Put baking dish inside another with water. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
