Mushroom Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    4 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces
Preparation
    Chop mushrooms fine.
    Combine with cream cheese.
    Spread rolls into 4 rectangles, pinching perforations together.
    Spread with cheese mixture.
    Roll up from long side.
    Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with poppy seed.
    Cut in 1-inch pieces.
    Bake.
    Serve warm.
