Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. soft margarine
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated zucchini
1/4 c. chocolate chips (for top of cake; optional)

Preparation

Add ingredients in order listed, mixing after each addition. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle chips on top of cake.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
