Parmesan Potato Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
    6 medium potatoes, sliced about 1/4 inch thick
Preparation
    Pour oil into baking dish (15 1/2 x 10-inch).
    In a plastic bag, combine flour, cheese, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Shake a few potatoes at a time in the bag to coat with the mixture. Place potatoes in a single layer over the oil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn slices and sprinkle with seasoning. Bake until done, about 10 to 15 minutes longer.
