Banana Whip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (4 serving) sugar-free Jell-O brand gelatin (any flavor)
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold whole milk
1 medium banana, sliced
Preparation

Combine gelatin and boiling water in a blender.
Blend until dissolved, about 30 seconds.
Add milk and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
Stir in blender until partially melted.
Add banana slices and blend until smooth.
Makes 2 3/4 cups or 5 servings. Contains 45 calories per serving.
