Ingredients

3 eggs, well beaten
3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. melted oleo
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, including oleo.
Pour about 1/3 cup mixture into Teflon frypan.
Spread out over entire bottom of pan.
Scrape edges to turn or flip when pancake is brown.
After both sides are brown, remove and spread with sugar or jam.
Roll into tube shape and eat.
