Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fish fillets
    Tony Chacheres
    1/4 to 1/2 c. melted butter
    1 to 2 lemons, cut in thin slices
Preparation
    Lay fillets on large cookie sheet, skin side down.
    Sprinkle with seasoning and butter.
    Place lemon slices on each fillet. Cook, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes or until thin edges get crisp.
