Ingredients

1 green apple (tart), peeled and cut in pieces
1/2 to 1 tsp. hot fresh pepper
2 leaves cilantro (chadon beni)
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Put all ingredients in electric blender.
Process at puree speed for a few seconds.
Use to spice up your dishes.
