Whipped Cream Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour (not level)
1 c. cold water
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. crisco
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
Preparation

Blend flour and water in small saucepan.
Cook until thick, about 5 minutes.
Cool with lid on.
Cream together butter and Crisco, add sugar, vanilla and salt. Mix well.
Add cooled flour mixture.
Beat until whipped cream.
