Ingredients
    3 medium or 4 large potatoes (with or without peeling)
    2 bell peppers
    2 medium-large onions
    1 lb. sausage
    Tabasco to taste or hot sausage
Preparation
    Cut in 1/2 inches and slice potatoes 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Slice onions and bell peppers long ways (not circular).
    Put vegetables in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Season and toss.
    Evenly layer sliced sausage.
    Cover and bake 20 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are done (400\u00b0).
    Toss and fold to mix in sausage and juices before serving.
