Rhubarb Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
3 c. rhubarb (1/2-inch pieces)
Preparation

In saucepan, mix sugar and water.
Bring to boil.
Add rhubarb.
Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer about 5 minutes or until rhubarb is tender.
Remove peel.
