Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. sugar
    5 large eggs
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Pour coconut into 2 pie shells.
    Beat rest of ingredients together and pour over coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
