Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (3 oz.) pkg. red raspberry gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 c. fresh cranberries (ground)
    2 oranges, unpeeled, seeded and ground
    2 apples, unpeeled, cored and ground
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple with liquid
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add cold water and chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white.
    Combine next 6 ingredients and mix well.
    Fold fruit into gelatin mixture.
    Place in 10 cup mold pan or a 3-quart Pyrex baking dish.
    Yields 18 to 20 servings.
