Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 16 crackers)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    cherry or strawberry glaze
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Stir together graham cracker crumbs with 2 tablespoons sugar; mix in butter.
    Press mixture evenly in bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake for 10 minutes.
    Cool.
