Raspberry Chicken(Governor Whitman'S Favorite Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. raspberries
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. light corn syrup
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/16 tsp. pepper
    3 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved
Preparation
    In a blender, place 2 cups of the raspberries, the corn syrup and the lemon juice; cover and blend on high until smooth.
